Can I pay for the ad today, but submit the artwork at a later date?

Yes, you may pay for the ad today and submit the artwork later. You will need to specify that is what you plan on doing by inserting that information in the comments box.  All artwork MUST BE SUBMITTED no later than 30 DAYS before the date of the workshop. No exceptions.

I only want a 1/4 page ad, can I submit for that?

No. We only accept 1/2 page or full page ads. Our rates are so low that the cost of a 1/2 page full color ad is still lower than what many charge for 1/4 page color ad.

I'm not ready to pay for the ad, can you hold a spot for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to "hold" ad spots. They are issued on first paid  basis. Therefore, your ad spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

How will the people see my ad?

The advertisement will be placed in the workshop attendees workbook that will be used throughout the training. In addition, dependent upon which ad you select, your ad will also be placed on our two main websites for up to three months after the date of the workshop.

Is Adobe Reader the only format you accept ads in?

We prefer Adobe Reader because it ensures that your ad will maintain the fonts and page layout you designed. However, we do accept Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe Illustrator CS (convert to EPS file). When exporting an EPS file, convert all fonts to outlines and include linked graphics.

Our primary purpose is to do ministry. The ads help to provide additional resource information to our workshop attendees. We believe this is important and desire to keep our rates low, covering ink cost and
