Our Church Administrator Workshops are full-day trainings. They consist primarily of pastors, board members, administrators, secretaries, office managers, deacons, facility managers, CFOs, etc. Attendees travel from various states to attend the trainings. For example, a training in North Carolina may consist of attendees from Texas, Ohio, Alabama, Maryland, etc.

The workshops are among the most intense, information-packed trainings available to church administrators. There are a couple of 10 minute breaks and a 45 minute lunch break. Because of this, we do not allow vendors onsite; however, you can take out a full-page or half-page full-color ad that will appear in the attendees' workbook and will also be posted on our websites.

November 2008 - January 2009 Advertising Rates

• Inside Front Cover Full-Page (full-color): $325.00 (also downloadable PDF of the ad will appear on our two main websites for up to three months after the workshop (www.churchsecretary.org and www.equippingministries.com)

• Inside Back Cover Full-Page: $300 (also a downloadable PDF of the ad will appear on our website for up to three months after the workshop)

Full Color Ads:

1/2 Page Ad: $150 (also will appear on our two main websites for up to three months after the date of the workshop)

Full Page Ad: $200 (also will appear on our two main websites for up to three months after the date of the workshop)

Black and White Ads:

1/2 Page: $75.00

Full Page: $100.00

Deadlines:

All ads must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the workshop date, no exception.

Advertising Guidelines:

• Equipping Ministries reserve the right to reject any advertisement, at any time, for any reason.

• Cancellations must be in writing. No cancellations will be accepted after 60 days prior to deadline.

• Ads must be church-related products such as funding, church construction, room dividers, software, church buses, furniture, website services, graphic design, audio/visual equipment, leadership trainings, meeting planning, print services, church supplies, books of interest to church administrators or pastors, etc.

• In consideration of publication of an advertisement the advertiser and the agency, jointly and severally, will indemnify and hold harmless Equipping Ministries, its officers, partnering agents, other agents, and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including without limitation, copyright infringement or plagiarism, claims or suits for libel, violation or right of privacy.

Submission Guidelines:

Ads must be submitted in Adobe Reader (PDF), with all fonts used in the document.

Full-Page: 8.5x11  (Print Size: 7.5 x 10")

Half-Page: 7.5 x 4.75 (print size)

File and all images in the file must be at least 300 dpi

Billing Information:

Payment in full is required at the time of order submission or order will be automatically voided.  We are sorry but we cannot hold ad spots. You must pay at the time of submission. You may pay online or mail in payment.
